By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I am receiving an annual subscription to the Ultimate Online Sport show “environment” and am free to use this system and its features at any time during my subscription period. I understand the system is to be used only for its intended purpose of marketing my products or services. No illegal purposes or illicit materials shall be permissible; the producers of this environment reserve to the right to revoke this subscription without prior notification if activity or materials presented by an exhibitor are deemed illegal, illicit or misleading.

Exhibitors shall be placed in exhibit halls in the order they register and purchase their subscription. I understand that there is an annual subscription fee of $2000; a minimum payment of $500 must be made at the time of registration. The balance will be billed quarterly or can be paid in full at any time during the remainder of the annual subscription period. Note that all annual subscribers will be displayed in the Exhibit hall in front of thos paying in a quarterly manner (as booths are displayed in a linear manner, annual subscribers first, then those paying quarterly further to the right). Once payment is made in full, your position will then be fixed in the hall with no other new annual payers being placed in fron of you.

 

The producers may add additional “exhibit halls” in the future if the number of booths in any given hall become excessive; therefore, they reserve the right to move an exhibitors booth to a different hall. However, the booth order in that hall will also continue to be determined by the order of registration/purchase. (ex: perhaps one initial hall may be split into two halls, one “products” and one “destinations” to make navigation easier on the attendees, etc.)
